Jordan Lake Water Sports - Policies & Procedures

Jordan Lake Water Sports makes every effort to ensure the safety of customers and other boaters.

While lake activities are lots of fun, they can also be VERY DANGEROUS, and/or DEADLY!!!

Below are a set of rules that all customers must follow, as well as links to NC boating regulations.

Failure to follow these Jordan Lake Water Sports rules may result in loss of rental privledges, security deposits, and/or ending of a chartered tour.

Alcohol and other drugs and controlled substances are banned within the park.
Smoking is not allowed while operating or riding on a Jordan Lakes Water Sports vessel.
Life vests must be worn or present at all times while operating a Jordan Lakes Water Sports vessel.
Operators of all vessels shall be respectful of all Jordan Lake Park Rules and Regulations.
Operators of all vessels must not endanger the safety of themselves or others by unsafe operation.
Jordan Lake Water Sports is not responsible for loss of customer's personal items, or personal injuries incurred while operating our equipment.
Any damage to Jordan Lakes Water Sports rental equipment will be charged to the customer.
Any damages to other vessels by Jordan Lakes Water Sports rental equipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any additional rules may be verbally imposed at any time during the rental training session.

Jordan Lake Water Sports reserves the right to deny rental to any customer that might be suspected of future rules violations.
